Phil was incredibly kind and helped me rent my first house in Warrington. He was punctual and ready for the viewing when I arrived. Phil provided lots of information, some of which were very basic, though he patiently answered all my questions. When he showed me another house, I was able to compare both and make my choice. Had a pleasant stay for a year and a half in a property managed by Belvoir. Jean handled the property fairly and efficiently. Repairs were swiftly dealt with upon reporting. Communication was easy and quick. No attempt was made to scam us unlike other agents who demanded loads of money upfront or insisted we sign a contract before showing us said contract.

Craig has been excellent throughout the whole sales process. We were relocating home and business so our circumstance was more complex and demanding than most. We had had our property up for sale with a different agent who claimed to have found a buyer but that fell through wasting weeks of our time. Craig achieved a sale within 2 weeks with no expectation of a contract, reasonable fees, and remained in touch throughout the process, chivvying and chasing buyers and solicitors as was needed. We particularly like the dedicated WhatsApp group Belvoir Warrington use for ease of communication. In summary, we thoroughly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Belvoir with our property purchase. From start to finish, they have been kind, professional and helpful. Our sale took much longer than anticipated due to delays caused by the building management company. This was frustrating and stressful at times however, Craig was absolutely fantastic in supporting us as much as he possibly could. He went above and beyond in chasing documents for us week after week as well as checking in with solicitors on both sides regularly to try and get things moving more quickly. He is so responsive to emails and always available on the phone. If it wasn't for the fantastic service provided by Craig and the team I don't think we would be living in our new home right now! On completion date, we got our keys much earlier than anticipated as well as a lovely card and gift from the Belvoir team which was very kind of them. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from Craig & all the staff. Thank you so My experience with the team at Belvoir Warrington was outstanding. Craig dealt with the sale of my property from start to finish. Whenever I popped into the office the team was friendly and experienced. They were able to answer any questions i had. My sale was a particularly difficult one due to shared ownership. Some lenders wouldn't lend money on this basis and my sale fell through twice until it eventually sold. Craig worked incredibly hard to get the sale across the line. His commitment and tenacity to get my sale through was amazing. He kept me up to date every step of the way. I can not recommend Craig and team enough and anyone who is looking to sell a property should contact Craig in the first instance.
