GoogleThe initial process of applying for the rental wasn't so smooth (we didn't get a call the following day as promised to see if we were interested, we called proactively and were told a message would be left but didn't seem to have been picked up), but when we eventually did get a call and confirmed we wanted to proceed with the rental it was so smooth. I've rented a lot of properties and the agent management now that we are in is so good, so responsive and quick to fix issues. Sometimes properties managed via agent and not direct from landlord can be more in difficult but I couldn't be happier with the set up now.

I am very happy with the service provided by Martin & Co Wanstead and Rob Hall in particular. Rob managed to let my flat in July despite challenging circumstances, namely changing tenant preferences/requirements during COVID. He secured multiple viewings, provided excellent advice and the process culminated in my property being let with the desired calibre of tenant. In August, he did it again for another property, by securing a quality tenant within a week of commencing marketing! Thank you for the outstanding service.

GoogleI have been impressed with Martin & Co throughout. I contacted them to following me inheriting my mothers house following her sudden death. Before I chose Martin & Co, I was visited by several other estate agents and they were all not as professional, knowledgeable and efficient (considering that one agent contacted me after the visit and asked how my mother was!) A tenant was found quickly and they handled some initial troublesome issue in a professional way. At the start, I gave them a clear instruction to "manage everything for me with my suddenly inherited house" and they have certainly done that very well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA very unprofessional letting agent from Martin & Co Wanstead ,he booked me for viewing two flats via email & phone ,I took my day off and I travelled 1 hour and 30 minutes to Wanstead , However he didn't turn up to the given addresses .Even worse ,when I called him ,he told me that the viewing was cancelled without notifying me , he tried to justify that he left a voice message for me ,which I cound not find on my phone . Honestly, I didn't expect such a horrible service and unprofessionalisme from a big company like Martin & Co .I was totally disappointed and he made my day awful and horrendous.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRepeatedly left messages to enquire about a property with no response from the team. I have previously enquired about another property and it eventually got sold . i do find the estate agents will only entertain your enquiries /discussions if they like you. They don't like answering direct questions and always seem to beat around the bush. The last property that I enquired, the lady that contacted me did not seem interested at all and this time around after leaving repeated messages, i still have not received a phone call yet. I have even sent an e-mail today as the call centre staff said that they are probably busy but in the interim the property is off the list. A great little local Estate Agent. We had Richard who was absolutely fantastic - lovely guy, not pushy, understanding, patient, and knew the area extremely well. All round excellent service from Martin & Co - each time we called the office, anyone who was there picked up the phone and was helpful, and passed on messages. Would definitely deal with these guys again, however we're not looking to move out of our newly bought lovely home in the immediate future!

They offered a lot of professional advice regarding every stage of proceedings: from where I was to the start of where I wanted to go!
