I found the team at Tooting really professional and did an amazing job with my house sale from my first meeting with Angelo I felt relaxed and comfortable that he understood what we wanted from our sale and took the time to get to know us, Tom and Conner came round and looked at the property to get an understanding so they could discuss with prospective clients they were extremely friendly and easy to talk to Conner was my contact after an offer was made within a week he was always accessible for any questions and worked for us to get the sale over the line would thoroughly recommend them.

We rented a property through this agency, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to check the gas and electricity certificates carefully before moving in, as they are likely to be falsified. Both the Client Relations Team and the Property Redress Scheme seem to be acting in a corrupt and dishonest way. The whole process feels rigged, with no real accountability. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them, it’s a complete waste of time. Even the director knows about what’s going on but chooses to ignore it. From day one, we had a broken boiler and a severe flea infestation throughout the property, none of which we were informed about before moving in. The agency’s response was simply, “Sorry, we didn’t expect this issue.” Unsafe and Unsanitary Conditions: five vans of rubbish and the shed was full of rats and foxes. When we reported these serious problems, the agency replied, “Sorry, it looks alright to us,” and claimed that “the landlord doesn’t have the money.” Be careful as well once they say that they have a copy of your keys and can come to “check” or “inspect” the property, they take photographs throughout the whole house unrelated to any maintenance issue and don’t even inform you. So if you’re not at home, you wouldn’t even know about it. The conditions we were subjected to, living with fleas, rubbish, and rodent infestations for months, while dealing with negligence and disrespect from the team were deeply distressing and do not reflect the responsibilities of a regulated lettings agency.

They sent me a letter in the mail asking to sell my property but didn’t pay the full postage. I had to pay £2 so this unknown letter could be delivered just to find out they’re trying to sell to me. Aaron was an amazing help

Aaron was an amazing help. As soon as I spoke with him regarding re renting my flat he put me on the right 'track' in regards to everything I needed to do or not to do. The previous tenants left the flat in a real mess and Aaron recommended certain businesses that dealt with many of my concerns ie getting rid of rubbish, where to get an EPC from etc. As soon as the flat was ready to go on the market Aaron was able to muster up fifteen applicants whilst weedling out a few that weren't quite right for my flat. He got me an immediate offer which was a little more than expected which was great. Overall I had a great experience with Winkworth, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that would like to rent out their property.

I cannot recommend Aaron and his team highly enough - they are first rate, professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Any issues were ironed out quickly and Aaron went above and beyond to find a solution that left tenants, landlord and buyer happy. Aaron is extremely responsive, practical and a delight to deal with. I have dealt with other local agents over the years and Aaron is head and shoulders above the rest. He knows the market inside out and I wouldn't hesitate in renting my property with his team again.

Recently rented out my flat in Kensal Green with Winkworth Kensal Rise and am very happy with the service provided by Aaron Priscott and his team, from the initial consultation through to the tenants moving in.
