GoogleUB has been managing our building for 4 years and our experience is rather positive. Some areas could be improved for sure but which company doesn't. UB has been gorwing and building on their success and knowing well the market in Manchester, they are one of the best, more importantly, they are willing to listen and improve if you tell them, highly recommended. GoogleI have lived at the flats for 4 years now, mark are caretaker does an incredible job at making sure everywhere is clean like the bin room , all floors and stairs. Always asks if we have any issues and if there is he will sort them out.

GoogleAn awful experience! Horrendous company, ignoring email is what they do best. The worst communication I’ve ever dealt with. They’ll get you a lot of trouble and will just ignore you. AVOID at all costs.

GoogleShocking service been an owner of falt in a property managed by urban bubble for 6 years and have never spoken to and dealt with such cowboys. The building is not maintained and more worried about putting poxy benches in courtyards that resolving issues with the structure of the building.
