Excellent communication and build good relationships

M&P have always demonstrated excellent communication and as a landlord have been with them for many years. Most recently, Jordann has been particularly efficient and listened to my wishes and wants, suggesting an appropriate way forward and taking prompt and agreed action. This is fundamental when maintaining positive relationships between tenant and landlord, especially if there is a small hiccup along the way, which inevitably there will be!

Avoid if you value your sanity

Whether those responsible for property management at this company are comically incompetent or inhumanly cruel is anybody's guess. They have absolutely no regard for their contractual responsibilities, their tenants' safety, nor the state of their clients' properties. If you're a landlord who values their property stay well clear. If you're a prospective tenant who enjoys basic amenities such as running water and working electricity, avoid Mars and Parson's like the plague.

I was ever so lucky to have the dedicated Tiffany from M&P assisting me on my flat hunt. I am by far one of the fussiest people when it comes to spec, and after going back and forth over WhatsApp with what I’m after, she had 7 viewings lined up the next day to which NONE of them disappointed and met every single criteria. She never showed me properties out of my budget and always stayed in contact when negotiating with landlords. She’s very pro-tenant and also one of the most honest and genuine estate agents I’ve ever met - she’s not gonna put you against a pool of Londoners in a bidding war and she will genuinely dedicate so much time to your property search and make the entire process so smooth.
