The agency is very responsive, they are available to hear out our issues and help them resolve. Priscilla Ogefere provided full support during my moving out and also helped get my deposit back. She took care of my issue personally and was very kind. Overall it was a bit slow but a smooth experience.

I dealt with a young man named Toufique or T for short. He was extremely professional throughout the buying process and very well informed of the developments and helped in every way he could to facilitate a smooth transaction, credit to him as without his patience this deal would not have gone through. I am not going to be so positive about his manager who was not attentive or helpful in the slightest which is a real shame.

Hello, everyone. Don't trust John.co estate agents, when you moved in the flat, took a video and pictures everywhere of the rental property, don't trust this people, super doggy, after moved out, it's not easy to keep your deposit, it's too difficult to deal with type of estate agents, if not careful, they keep the deposit, don't believe them at all, no have good customers service and not getting deals with them at all , go find a flat with Foxton

From the very beginning, our letting agent, Amber Wong helped every step of the way from sending us listings that matched our preferences to helping us secure the flat in a competitive market. Within 3 days from seeing the listing online, we were awarded the offer. Their use of technology, from letting to property maintenance, makes everything effortless. Miss Brooke Nickless, our property manager, has stayed on top of all requests and has done an outstanding job of working with the property owner to get the repairs completed in an expedient fashion. I'd highly recommend this team to our friends and family as the level of service is so far unmatched.
