GoogleWe are currently in the process of securing our apartment, and Sam has been amazing. He’s very helpful and so quick to respond whenever we need him. It was so difficult and stressful finding a flat at this time, but he went above and beyond to make this experience as pleasant and easy as it could be. I would definitely recommend Johns and Co. Working with them, and Sam specifically, has been great!

Johns & co staffs are very friendly. When I got caught in a contract scam, they were very patient and helped me solve the problem. I had a large amount of rent fee was missing. I knew it was a very difficult time, but they didn't rush me. Instead, they patiently support me and helped me solve the problem. It is my best experience when I face difficult during renting.

GoogleSo my partner and I worked with Martin and Amy out of the LCi office. Both were absolute stars! We were on a fairly severe time crunch to move out into a new place, we walked in and Martin immediately did everything he could to help. After one of our offers fell through, he even took the time to figure out our current arrangement (our old lease was through them as well) and potential solutions that we weren't even aware of! Calm, curtious and professional. While I had some negative interactions with John's and Co before, Martin as our lettings negotiator and Amy on documents made all the difference. Cannot be more happier and if we have do work with them again, I will ask for both of them by name.

GoogleJohns and Co helped me finding an amazing flat where we’ve been living for the past year. Louis showed us around plenty of different 2 beds and wasn’t until the last day that they managed to get us an even better flat then what we were hoping. Since then the maintenance and management from Matthew Spencer has been excellent. From arranging quick repair when needed to helping with is with the move in process and constant support. GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with Johns&Co, due to our busy schedules, we left it very late looking for a flat. Johns&Co showed us a flat on a Tuesday and had us moved in by the Saturday! Everything was handled in an efficient and professional way. Amy Bridge was our main contact and she made everything very easy and stress free for us. We are excited to settle into our new flat and feel comfortable with Johns&Co as our managing agent.

He provided my with options that fit my criteria very well. Once I knew the flat I wanted, he made the rest of the process very smooth and quick as I was in a bit of a hurry to get it done. Matt took us through to the next stage giving us timely updates and was very accommodating with our requests. Finally, Natalie was efficient in sorting out all the administrative details. GoogleI recently rented a property through Anthony and Amy and they were extremely helpful from the outset. Anthony was super responsive and always quick to answer our questions - he even took the time to let us into our flat before we moved in to take measurements before we moved in. I have dealt with many estate agents recently and Anthony stood out in terms of customer service. When signing our tenancy, we were working with Amy who was super friendly and kept us up to date at each stage of the process.
