From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and truly understood my needs. GoogleThe real estate agent delayed the process to secure more offers for the landlord, even after I had paid the deposit. I only found out that the landlord hadn’t agreed to the utility payments when I encountered issues and asked about it, they never proactively informed me. What’s worse, they claimed the deposit refund would take 3, 5 days, but in reality, it took more than two weeks. Every time I followed up, they postponed the timeline again, clearly trying to hold on to the deposit for as long as possible. Think twice before using this agency! Be cautious of the agent named Andr* Walla**. Terrible experience.

With myself being miles away, we rely heavily on the vacancy management agent to ensure the unit is in good shape at all time. Reports and visit being conducted from your office which we are extremely please on how it was managed. Agent office has been very accommodative on short notices on my request. (I.e. guest visits etc..)
