I had a great experience finding a rental flat with Johns & Co. Martina and Candice were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Arranging viewings was smooth, and the video tour provided beforehand was a great help in evaluating the flat. The process of handling documents after making an offer was also handled efficiently. I had a very disappointing experience with Sales Nikolay Yankov. His tone was unprofessional and condescending, even suggesting that we needed to "educate ourselves" as potential buyers. Rather than offering genuine guidance, it felt like he was more interested in pushing a sale. Such behavior reflects poorly on the agency and left me questioning their professionalism. I would advise future buyers to be cautious.

If it wasn’t for Anthony Otigba we would never have gotten the flat and experience we received at the end. Actually took time to properly listen, give us a few showings and be patient when it came to collecting all the documents for the tenancy. Even then throughout my tenancy he always made time and helped even for issues that weren’t even his area of responsibility.

I have been asked to provide a reference regarding my recent experience of letting a flat through Johns & Co’s office in Wapping.As I am currently living away from London, I was interested in letting my flat through a full-service agent. Ryan McCabe, as lettings manager, visited me to explain the process, regulatory environment and likely income. I found his style clear and honest, particularly regarding the amount of pre-letting costs now required from a landlord. Having decided to proceed, Johns & Co quickly marketed the flat, found two suitable tenants and we had agreed terms within a week. I was very impressed with the efficiency of Johns & Co's process, regular communication and the client-focussed attention I received from Ryan and his colleagues. I would particularly like to thank Gytis Serikovas, who finalised the let and liaised on my behalf with sub-contractors to prepare the flat.In summary I would recommend Johns & Co as a letting agent, especially to a hands-off landlord, and hope to continue our relationship in the long term.
