I have been very satisfied with the service from John&Co since I entrusted them with managing my property. They have even set up a dedicated WeChat service group, specifically for Chinese landlords. GoogleThis review highlights a stand out performer. A real estate agent called Chloe (from John & Co). We all know how tricky it is to find a place in London to rent. Prices, availabilities, preferences, distances to work, distance to airport etc - the list goes on. The one variable that might be most impossible to navigate are perhaps Real Estate agents. Trust me if I am taking the time to right this, it is for a reason. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Chloe from John & Co for helping us with navigating our search. Chloe is an outstanding professional, with the most efficient style of work and just an all-round trustworthy person. All this besides being a pleasant person and actually making our search a lot less daunting right in the middle of the busiest season for seeking a lease. Unfortunately very bad experience in check in and check out process with them. They clearly hide the fact that the apartment has a problem with reception. After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.
