Very good service from the team, especially Suzan and Thomas. Tenants were found quickly, helped with the paper work and organised EICR in time before tenants moved in. Getting new keys cut and arranged handyman when we had a couple of stressful days before tenancy began.

The letting team at JP homes did a great job. Team member Brooke provided an excellent service when finding a tenant for our house and helping us with a major issue. She was always highly professional and responded to questions in good time. Suzan and Zosia were also very helpful and professional and offered a great service in the other stages of the process.

James Pendleton have been letting my property for over 14 years and they have provided a great service. The rental team (inc. James Smith, Suzan Salih and Zosia Gray) is very professional, having consistently secured high quality tenants, and I have been fortunate to have James Smith as my main contact during the last few years. James is very easy to work with, always responds quickly and 100% focused on solving whatever problem that arises during a tenancy. And it is largely thanks to James's expert support that the property was in such good shape when it came for me to sell it this summer.I would highly recommend James Pendleton for both their rental and sales services.
