It's been a year now since James Pendleton have been managing my late father's flat on behalf of my sister and me, and I am continually impressed and very pleased with their service. The property had some teething issues at the start of it's first rental period, and Sam took the brunt of that and he helped us get everything sorted quickly. Sam and team go the distance to keep the tenants happy and I only hear from him if there is something I need to do. Perfect.

I recently rented a new flat, Toby assisted me through the process and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was incredibly helpful and polite. The process was very quick and smooth. They are extremely professional but also have a lovely family approach that makes you feel taken care of and not just a number. They were confident in what they could deliver and gave me realistic insights to the market and had a consultative, non-transactional approach. Marcus was a delight to work with, he clearly knew the type of tenants I was looking for and had the whole thing wrapped up in a matter of days. James Pendleton is a fantastic agency, and I had an amazing experience conducting my property search with them. The man behind making that happen for me is Thomas Soutar - one of James Pendleton's senior letting consultants. He really went above and beyond - he was quick to book me in for a viewing, quick to send my offer to the landlord, and quick to let me know that my offer was accepted - in fact, it literally took only 10 hours from the time I found the property online to the time I was notified my offer was accepted - because of how fast Thomas works. He also responded to over 30 emails from me in the span of a week, and replied over the weekend. Thomas made sure I was well aware of the entire process and remained extremely transparent in all our conversations. It was important to me that I move in as soon as possible, and Thomas made it happen. If you're in the market for a beautiful flat to rent, I'd recommend looking with James Pendleton - and if you need someone who can respond quickly and get the ball rolling without prompting them, Thomas Soutar is your guy.
