GoogleI honestly couldn't be happier with the whole package, the camera is so simple to use, the speed of being able to do floorplan, photos and walkthrough video is amazing. and today I urgently needed a project back and i had the whole thing including photos, floorplan and video with in 2 hours. the online chat staff are so incredibly helpful, I can not recommend giraffe enough. An absolute must have for estate agents

KerfuffleArguably the finest Proptech on the market
There's 'proptech', and there's 'PROPTECH'. Area is by far the best proptech Conran have invested in. It enables us to be highly efficient with dealing with valuation leads and monitor the response times to all email enquiries. The support is first class, and the team (Lars, Shawn, Kye) are totally dependable. 5 stars all day long.

GoogleI have been using the giraffe camera for nearly 2 years now. The picture quality is fantastic and the customer service/technical team are always on hand to resolve any minor issues very quickly. I previously used a different company to produce photos/virtual tours and I can honestly say that giraffe in terms of quality/turnaround speed and customer care are head and shoulders (in my opinion) above them to deal with.

GoogleKeeping up appearances is vital in Estate Agency and having dealt with Homeflow for our previous website, we thought that it was time to upgrade. Having had dealings with many "support" staff i was dreading the interactions - Estate Agent speak v IT Support Speak - I was placed with Hristina and i have to say she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she understood everything that i wanted and needed and gave her own personal flourishes to the web page too, i doubt that anyone else would have been so attentive - i would request changes and they were done in 99% of cases the same day (the bigger changes normally only took a day) if i wanted something that couldn't be done, Hristina always came up with a solution ... if you want a great looking site ... go to Homeflow ... if you haven't got a clue how you want it to look ... ask for Hristina !
