TrustpilotAdvertising Misinformation
"I have serious concerns about the professionalism and stability of this company. During my interactions with their staff, I experienced abrupt disconnections and a distinct lack of customer service skills. The reliance on company policies as justification for their actions, instead of demonstrating ethical conduct and integrity, is troubling.

My experience with Yelp’s customer service has been extremely frustrating. The platform claims to value honest customer feedback, but legitimate reviews often get filtered or removed without clear explanation.

TrustpilotYelp INCORRECTLY collects business listings and does NOT correct them. They only ask for more money.
Yelp does not respond to business owners. It INCORRECTLY collects information from online business websites and invites people to write a review. Then they set up business listings in their database INCORRECTLY by linking two similar-sounding names into one business profile!

Hides LEGIT reviews, and you cannot dispute it. Shows our Business has 6 reviews, hiding 39 reviews. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. This absolutely affects our rating and is not conducive to bringing in new guests. Shame on Yelp's "software".
