GoogleSameer was great at selling my flat. It had fallen through twice before so I was naturally anxious at it falling through again but he made the sale process easy and assisted at challenges that arose. Would definitely use Sameer and Foxtons again.

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

We listed our house with foxtons and the service has been abysmal. There’s been next to no effort or movement with trying to sell the house, no communications with any options etc. You get an account online which shows upcoming viewings - almost all viewings ‘booked’ haven’t actually happened and they don’t contact us to confirm it either. You expect a lot from an estate agent with their level of commission - dont bother.

GoogleThis is the worse deal I’ve ever experienced in my life. 0 stars. Foxton is by far the worst management agent. And they should be ashamed of even calling themself management agents. After having signed the contract, they disappeared. They didn’t answer calls or emails neither mine or of the tenants. And after we decided and agreed to cancel the contract, they delayed sending the invoice for weeks without any explanation, without answering calls nor emails. A nightmare dealing with them. Well done Foxton.

GoogleI was looking to buy a property around the Wandsworth area and found a property online that I was interested in & contacted Foxtons to book a viewing. Mohamed Serry from Foxtons called me and showed me the property the next day. Even though I only arranged a viewing for the property I liked, he kindly offered me to see other similar properties in the area. After viewing the property I liked, I gave an offer on it and Mohamed was really quick, handling all of the negotiations and helping me secure the property and took it off the market. The whole process from giving an offer to the completion date went smoothly. Mohamed cleared all of my enquiries and questions as quickly as possible and I bought the property that I liked in the end. I was happy working with Mohamed and Foxtons overall and recommend their services to help you with your property search.

GoogleI contacted Foxton over the phone, and after sharing my requirements with them, they provided such an abundance of excellent properties. They provided detailed information and captivating interior videos which helped me a great deal. My agent Vivian is very passionate and professional, and I want to thank her again as the house I ultimately chose was from one of those Vivian had recommended to me. The entire renting process was an absolute joy and I believe they deserve a five-star review.

used to be good but ever since the intro of the renters rights acts, property management service has dropped off a cliff. This bad for landlords because they get poor management, bad for tenants because they get poor representation, and bad for the industry because estate / letting agents are no longer accountable.

GoogleI happened to be in the Putney office today when a young girl came in offering free day passes for a local gym that is being refurbished. She was very polite and I was so taken back by how rude the Foxtons guy was- so unnecessarily dismissive of her. Put me totally off using them . A reminder that you are in sales too

One of the best estate agents I’ve dealt with, he was transparent and genuine the whole way through and you could tell he truly cared. Despite finding a property elsewhere, I was keen to write this because his efforts and professionalism certainly warrant the positive review, and it was massively appreciated. TrustpilotI feel that the experience was negative
I put my flat up for sale with my Foxtons, I was going to go with another agent but they were very pushy and said how they managed to sell better than anyone so I went with them. I was under the impression my flat would go straight up but after I signed the contract it took them 2 weeks to take photos and put them up, in the meantime they put up a video of the flat from a mid-term inspection where it looked absolutely disgusting. I had never seen this video and I don't see why it would be allowed to be put up without my permission, I asked for it to be removed, they didn't and it took them nearly the 2 weeks to remove it. The photos they took were adequate but not particularly great, I was pretty disappointed. I felt that the price was extremely over inflated (like all their prices) but respected they knew better than me, but when every single person gave feedback that it was way overpriced and no one showed any interest I became quite embarrassed. I found it very hard to contact my sales agent and just gave up most times after leaving numerous messages. I heard from my agent 10 times more before I signed with them than I did during my contract. When I gave notice 28 days before the end after having no interest, I was reminded how they are the number one and warned that going to another agent would not solve the issue. Their commission is so much more than everyone else but I feel my experience with their sales agent was extremely poor and I can't believe I had no interest in my nice flat. I feel I made a mistake going with them and would caution anyone thinking of them. Also I rented my flat with them for nearly 2 decades and my last tenant emailed them notice which they said they did not receive until the next day so they extended the end date to one day beyond the end of the month, they then charged me a management fee of £9 for the one day (and she paid £1 something rent for that one day). I will never rent with them again due to the complete lack of transparency with regards to money. (As for the excuse that the housing market is quiet I put my other property up for sale at the same time and it sold within 2 weeks, but then again the photos were really good and the price was reasonable).

Extremely poor experience with Foxtons. We were left without proper cooking facilities for 25 days, which had a major impact on our daily life and forced us to spend extra money on food. A functioning cooker is a basic part of any home, yet this was not handled with the urgency it deserved.
