Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

GoogleI reported a leak and mould issue to Foxtons July 2024. It took many weeks for them to send a plumber. In October, they advised we could no longer use our shower as this was causing the leak and mould issue. It's now March 2025, there is black mould in every room of the apartment, growing daily, and a moth and fly infestation due to the mould and damp. We still can't use our shower and they won't help us. It's been nine months and nothing has happened. We're expected to live in these conditions indefinitely and we still have to pay high rent.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t end up renting through Foxtons Putney, we had a fantastic experience with Charlie. He was extremely transparent and forthcoming with information about the current rental market. He listened to our wants and needs and fully took them on board when trying to help us source a new place to live. I highly recommend Foxtons, but in particular Charlie!

GoogleFoxtons were listing a property that we were interested to rent and the Agent Konrad Kruk was very professional while also being personable making us laugh and ensuring the overall experience was very enjoyable. He showed us two other properties and throughout gave great information that helped us make a decision. The tenant already in the initial property stated that the management had been spectacular and so we decided to make an offer for the initial property. Konrad along with other Foxtons staff were a great help in making the process quick and simple. If you're looking for a property with Foxtons Putney ask for Konrad. He will take good care of you. There has only been 1 staff member at Foxtons that I find competent. The 1 star is for the one person who had great customer service- who unfortunately is not leading on the sale.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleHad a great experience at this branch. Had been looking for a place for a while and had avoided Foxton's because I thought they had a bad reputation. Honestly couldn't be further from the truth. I spoke to Konrad in the putney office and he made the whole process much easier than I had had with KFH. Did some viewings with Konrad and found a place fairly quickly. Great experience

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

GoogleTrying to secure your first rental in the UK is extremely difficult. After having countless agent's write me off as soon as I told them my annual income.(had to take a lower paying position to secure a visa for my wife) Konrad took the time to listen to and understand my situation. After that he was able to suggest the best way forward for me.... In the end with the help of a guarantor and a little extra paperwork, Konrad and the team at Foxtons Putney helped me land a wonderful flat in the Putney area. I am extremely grateful to them for taking the time , and going the extra mile to help me get my foot in the UK rental market. Cheers guys 👍👍PositiveQuality

GoogleI like to tell my bad experience. I tried to buy a property through this agency and waited three months checking my finances, taxes paid, deposit, bank statements for months and months, and everything possible. But after another three months my lawyer found out that the property was not up to code, without safety certification and fire certificate. But where was the seller checked? I found myself without a house to go to, a frightening and very stressful situation. I lost a lot of money due to the inefficiency and negligence of someone, the agency, the seller, I don't know, but I am certainly not responsible for this chilling situation. I risked a lot if I bought that I could never resell. What would you call it?

I also appreciated that she speaks French, it was nice for me to better understand the technical details since it was my first time renting in the UK. I recommend this agency and Andreea :)

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

Stay away from Putney Office. Well, in the beginning they re reachable all the time till the letting is agreed. After that I couldn’t reach them for 2 years during my tenancy. And now my tenancy ended but still no reply to my email or messages. It is unbelievable, I am already posting messages to all my groups to stay away from this company.

He was very friendly in approach and its great to have him as an asset for FOXTON... he is indeed best sales person. From day 1 till we moved in accomdation he was very prompt with replies.. assisting in documents requirement. This experience with foxton and shaun was amazing and kudos to rest of the team who supported in back end.
