Where can I start. Alexander went above and beyond and only showed us amazing properties. Seriously, he didn’t miss once! As 1st time buyers we felt overwhelmed with everything but the support on each step helped us overcome our reservations and everything became clear very fast. From mortgages to legal advice we were covered. If you’re looking for a Putney property do your selves a favour and just speak to him directly. The “going the extra mile” approach is much appreciated. PS: I’m trying hard to find something negative to add to the review in order to balance it but seriously, I can’t find anything.

They take the money & abandon…

They take the money and then abandon their landlords. Do not rent a property with these agents as there is no customer support or response. I have had a couple of issues and queries - I have had to ring several times with long wait times and email multiple times for a response, still waiting three weeks later. They never reply or respond costing me hours of wasted time and stress.

We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

It is genuinely surprising that the more well-known an agency is, the poorer its customer service can be. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled move-in, the agency cancelled the tenancy. Despite more than a week having passed, neither the deposit nor the first month’s rent has been refunded. This has put me in an extremely difficult position, as I am now also required to move out of my current property. As a result, I not only lost valuable time and housing opportunities, but I am still being denied access to my own money. This is an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I found the entire process smooth and efficient especially when comparing the experiences to private spare room type house viewing and the viewings themselves. I expected a level of professionalism when dealing with a big name agent and I received this. Shaun Walker has been superb from start to finish and I am only disappointed I could not provide him with an end result. Also an honourable mention to Aggie who assisted Shaun, she was equally as professional and friendly and made the viewing process smooth and enjoyable. Our circumstances changed but in future if we need to move again I’ll be calling Shaun at Foxtons Putney and telling my friends and family to do the same.

I have had an excellent experience finding a property through Foxtons. Shaun Walker has been great the whole way through, he spent an evening showing us a number of great properties, advised us on how best to go about securing the property we wanted and since putting an offer on the property, had been amazing at keeping us up to date with the process.
