They take the money and then abandon their landlords. Do not rent a property with these agents as there is no customer support or response. I have had a couple of issues and queries - I have had to ring several times with long wait times and email multiple times for a response, still waiting three weeks later. They never reply or respond costing me hours of wasted time and stress.

I have used Foxtons as the property management agent for nearly 5 years, I am especially satisfied with my experience since Tony Chan from property management became my property manager since 2024. He is very professional and proactively in handling with the requests and issues regarding the tenant & property management. He always responds to my enquiries promptly and provides valuable advice.

Our experience with Foxtons has been appalling. We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

GoogleIt is genuinely surprising that the more well-known an agency is, the poorer its customer service can be. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled move-in, the agency cancelled the tenancy. Despite more than a week having passed, neither the deposit nor the first month’s rent has been refunded. This has put me in an extremely difficult position, as I am now also required to move out of my current property. As a result, I not only lost valuable time and housing opportunities, but I am still being denied access to my own money. This is an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I use Alycia Levy as my property manager and have done so for several years and she is excellent, always going above and beyond. She is responsive, knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service and I am not sure what I would have done without her as she is always gets things sorted and organised and keeps me updated.

GoogleI found the entire process smooth and efficient especially when comparing the experiences to private spare room type house viewing and the viewings themselves. I expected a level of professionalism when dealing with a big name agent and I received this. Shaun Walker has been superb from start to finish and I am only disappointed I could not provide him with an end result. Also an honourable mention to Aggie who assisted Shaun, she was equally as professional and friendly and made the viewing process smooth and enjoyable. Our circumstances changed but in future if we need to move again I’ll be calling Shaun at Foxtons Putney and telling my friends and family to do the same.

His measured and balanced approach has expertly guided me through the selling process for the first time. GoogleI had a very positive experience with Foxtons Putney, I would highly recommend Shaun Walker to anyone looking to move. Right from my first phone call with Shaun he was professional and listened to exactly what I was looking for a new place before shortlisting 6 potential places for an evening of viewings, 1 of which we have now had an offer accepted on. Even now he is still in contact to make sure everything runs smoothly. Great experience compared to what I have had from other agencies and agents.

GoogleI have had an excellent experience finding a property through Foxtons. Shaun Walker has been great the whole way through, he spent an evening showing us a number of great properties, advised us on how best to go about securing the property we wanted and since putting an offer on the property, had been amazing at keeping us up to date with the process. I have had bad luck with past estate agents and agencies but so far Foxtons and Shaun have been great. I highly recommend finding your new home through Shaun.

GoogleSameer was great at selling my flat. It had fallen through twice before so I was naturally anxious at it falling through again but he made the sale process easy and assisted at challenges that arose. Would definitely use Sameer and Foxtons again.

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).
