I've just renewed my rental contract for another two years with a property managed by Chestertons in Fulham, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the team I'm working with. Over the past two years, Emma, Ana, Anna, Nieme, and the rest of the crew have provided nothing short of excellent service. Communication with the tenants and the landlord has been smooth, responsive, and supportive overall.I've recommended them to my friends multiple times already. GoogleWhat a wonderful team of professionals! I’ve worked very closely with Abbie Bullen and Hugo Pires organising to rent out my lovely flat in putney. They also manage our property too and cannot fault them. It was a lengthy process but both Abbie and Hugo were always quick to respond via email and WhatsApp and happy to answer any questions! Chesterton's management division is extremely slow, lackluster in its approach, and inefficient to say the least. They simply want to collect their management fees, however, when it comes to servicing the client they respond when it suits them and often by different individuals within the firm that are not up to speed with the matter at hand.I have unpaid rent and they are doing very little to resolve the matter. Furthermore, they take an extremely long time to respond thereby causing a delay in resolving any issues that need to be addressed for my rent to be paid.They lack professionalism and are purely focused on revenue as opposed to servicing their clients. If you want peace of mind and smooth and efficient service as a landlord, choose another company.
