Elizabeth Osborne at CJ is a fantastic property manager. She was very professional and prompt at responding, even out of hours and when she was on holiday. She went above what I would have expected from a managing agent. She understood our needs as a tenant, tried to resolve any issue immediately and always tried to accommodate us. Fine when entering in to a property rental contract but I received appalling service when ending my rental contract. I was insulted by a very snobby female member of staff over the phone, accusing me of not getting the property professionally cleaned, despite having paid £220 for cleaners to come in, who actually did a good job (I have photo evidence). I was initially only given one option, which was for them to bring their own cleaners in and be liable for the huge cost. Luckily my brother was able to take time off work to sort it out after much time and extra effort on his part, for what was essentially a non issue in the end. Totally un-necessary ending to what was actually a good period of rental which ended up souring the relationship between tenants and landlord. Not good service at all, will never be using or recommending Carter Jonas again.

We were very impressed with Isabelle Branson who conducted the recent sale of our property. She has a warm personality and very easy to get along with. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she very often went out of her way ensuring queries from all parties were addressed.
