My experience with both the Lettings team and Property management team in Fulham (Bishops Park branch) over the past 3 years has been nothing but good. All staff, especially the managers, are a delight to work with and are very knowledgeable and responsive and flexible to need. I can highly recommend them.

We rented a property through Carter Jonas in Barnes, never having used this particular company before. We were immediately impressed with the entire team, their professionalism and personable manner. Having now vacated the property, the whole process was seamless and unobtrusive, with viewings arranged whilst we were still resident at the property made incredibly easy and convenient. Aileen has assisted us throughout this process and has communicated amiably and very efficiently throughout our tenancy. We would not hesitate to use Carter Jonas again to buy or rent a property.

The worst agency dealt with it. Put the most painful tenant in my property and mis sold a contract to me. When they were to refund my money it took for ever. Unhelpful, and simply awful. Fiona Burke was responsible. TO AVOID.

As a small Landlord for the last 12 years I have most often used CarterJonas to let my property. Once or twice I have wandered to other agents but have not found them satisfactory. CarterJonas are distinguished by their staff who all have a professional and friendly attitude. They find me excellent tenants and are always on time with the paperwork which helps me stay straight with the accountant at the end of the year. I am always given timely notice of legislation changes which will require my compliance and annual reminders for the various safety certificates I have to get.
