What I loved most about this experience is the trust - the trust that what I am interested in is real. Of course the quick follow ups and fast access to further information facilitated the enquiry , and full marks to Charlotte . I would describe Carter Jonas as highly professional and very upmarket but with zero pretention and very down to earth. We had a great experience working with Rupert and felt like our potential buyers were given the right experience which, ultimately, led to selling for a good price and then a relatively easy transaction. I wish there was a zero option. Shocking service whilst renting. They tried to keep our entire deposit and claim for things they themselves had removed and damaged that they had never resolved. Had to go to arbitration and we got our deposit back. Bunch of crooks. Our case was particularly stressful and I will be going public with it.

Worst Experience with a letting agency. They never do the job unless you tell them you are going to complain to the council or sue them, and more than that, they are extremely rude, arriving at the point they insult their customers. Oh, I should not forget to mention they lie when advertising their properties!
