GoogleI just completed the purchase of my first home with the help of the team at Bernard Marcus Tooting. Their in-house mortgage broker Collington secured me a mortgage offer within 3 days which was £20k higher than what everyone else was offering me and he was always there to help with other aspects of the purchase. My agent Jamie chased things up whenever necessary and endured my angry outburst :) It wasn't all plain sailing but I'd like to send my special thanks to the whole team for managing to get things across the line.

GoogleI had a very good experience buying a flat recently through Barnard Marcus Tooting. Caitlin who showed me the properties was friendly and knowledgeable about the properties and the local area; she always came prepared and on time and really listened to my requirements which allowed me to view relevant properties and make a decision quickly. The team were generally easy to work with and very efficient at communicating with all the parties involved at various stages in order to reach a successful completion. I can recommend this agency!

GoogleI can't stretch enough my gratitude to Mr. Jamie Nicol from sales team in Tootig brach, who went beyond our expectations in providing an excellent service at all times. He was patient and accommodated all our needs as a family. He provided us with plenty of choice and understood our circumstances straight away. GoogleWe had a great experience buying a house through Barnard Markus with Jakub and Jamie from the Tooting office. They were really friendly, helpful and forthcoming with everything including coming back for viewings after the offer was accepted and helping us chase the seller and their solicitors to get the sale over the line in just over 2 months. Would very much recommend them!

GoogleShahana at Bernard Marcus worked very hard tirelessly to help my aunt sell her house. Due to language issues my aunt had. Shahanas service went up and beyond what most estate agents would normally provide. This service meant my aunt was able to complete on time especially with stamp duty deadline for the buyers being so tight. Without her help my aunt sale wouldn't have been achievable on time. She answered all questions and concerns my aunt had along the way and explained everything in detail at professional level.
