I’ve been with Barnard Marcus for several years and my experience has had its ups and downs. Recently, I’ve had a much more positive experience with the new team under Stefanie’s management. Really impressed by these estate agents, they are such nice people, I have never come across any other estate agents like them considering my 55 years of age. They really take customer service to the next level and they really do care about you and not just your money, we wasn’t really available for viewings during the week and they still made it happen for us on the weekend even with such short notice. Leo from lettings is such a nice young man and his manager Marta was so helpful with the paperwork. I couldn’t think of any other estate agents that I would recommend but these guys. I am very disappointed with you as a Company , unless I do the chasing up until this morning I was getting no feedback! Also asked to lower the price which we have and now fall into a bad price bracket ! Used the recent heatwave as en excuse for lack of viewers despite being told they had viewers waiting for property like ours ! Also am tied into a 22 week contract !!!!!
