I can't recommend these guys enough, from start to finish they were incredible. I had a very stressful moving process (related to free holders agent) and the team at Barnard Marcus supported me throughout, chasing up e-mails, calls and being approachable and contactable at all times. Hello. I tried to move house, unsuccessfully, with different estate agencies, in the last 2 years. I saw a flat on Rightmove Tuesday. Then we called the estate agency and set an appointment for viewing, with Bernardo, Wednesday, we like the flat and Bernardo liked us. If we could have purchased our house through someone else we would have. Michael was lovely, but the other were not so much. The daily harassment of emails by James - including some implying that other people in the chain would loose their dream house because we were making sure the freehold legalities were in place - was very unnecessary and stressful in an already stressful process. Also Nicholas spent more time trying to push their in-house mortgage broker than actually telling us about the property.
