Fantastic experience with the Barnard Marcus Southfields team. My partner and I fell in love with a house in January this year and were desperate to move on it quickly in order to not lose the sale. For this to happen, Chris and Declan from the Southfields office had to pull out all the stops. They valued my existing home within a day or two of us making contact and did everything at super-speed to get it photographed and listed on their website, as well as Zoopla and RightMove by Friday afternoon in order for us to catch the weekend traffic. Through their existing database and new prospects, they had booked in 13 viewings over the course of that first weekend which resulted in two strong offers, one of which I was delighted to accept. Their support and persistence over the following weeks with the seller of our dream home, the buyers of my property and the solicitors across all parties meant that we moved into our wonderful new house a few weeks ago. We couldn't be happier. The house sale and purchase process is never easy, but we feel as though ours went incredibly smoothly in spite of this.
