Excellent service received from Barnard Marcus in Southfields. Will and Chris have in particular delivered a high standard. Keeping us informed at every step of the way and listening to our requests and feedback is of utmost importance to us and they have ensured this happened. Will went over and above to assist me in my hour of need when I was locked out of home on one of the recent snowy evenings, by delaying his journey home to ensure he got the spare set of keys to me. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I'm astonished how they have such a good rating. I can only describe them as unorganised and high handed. I had an in person mortgage consulting followed by 4 house viewings. I received a call in the morning that the mortgage consulting was canceled and everything else remains the same. I reached their office with my family to find no one there to show us around. Our agent did not bother to call and speak with me while we were waiting for almost an hour. Another agent got there and assured us that he would be able to show us all the places. However things changed as we entered the first house and he said that he could not show us anything else and offered to drop us back at the office, which I refused. I decided to wait for a few days for them to get back to me and explain what happened, but that was too much to expect. I consider myself lucky that this happened on the first day itself.
