*DREAM HOME * We have been searching this crazy housing market for our family home , we almost gave up our search due to the frustrations of poorly presented overpriced houses until we dealt with Leanne at white gates, after keeping us updated with houses to meet our criteria and needs, she managed to not only help us find our dream family home but also help us with brokering the deal in record time through Ian kemp at kemp & co who was also magnificent!! We were doing a house clearance for a relative and I was recommended Walton and Walton for a clearance. Was pretty happy with the fellers who came round, they did a good job and were very professional. Some of the stuff they took didn't get a great price but that is what it is and the cheque took a while to be processed and to be delivered, but apart from that I couldn't fault them.

We had my mums house to sell during Covid and approached Whitegates for them to handle the sale. We we're asigned Leeane and she has been amazing throuhout. She helped us advising what we needed to do before it was put up for sale, and advised on the pricing of the property. We had some laughs along the way to which helped lighten the situation (all I'll say is keys). Leeane was also professional and supportive when I also suddenly lost my sister during the sale of my Mums house. She worked so hard in getting the price right and securing us a few offers and then got the best deal possible. She has been in constant contact letting us know what was happening every step of the way. She has made what was a very difficult time and selling a house an easy process. I have recently put two properties up for sale with Whitegates estate agents on Walton Vale, Liverpool. I initially dealt with Joanne who came out to value the houses, she has a huge amount of experience and knowledge gained over the years in property sales and it showed in how quickly she assessed exactly how the property should be marketed and at what price. She didn't simply tell me what they would do but gave me choices! Nice person to deal with and great at her job...let me add very practical too which is a breath of fresh air in today's all talk and no action society. I then dealt with Leanne in the office and found her to be very upbeat and positive...finding buyers for both properties extremely quickly. Unfortunately one of the buyers dropped out at a late stage and initial disappointment was replaced with elation when Leanne immediately started viewings again and found us a new buyer within days, thankyou Leanne! I would highly recommend using whitegates Estate agents walton vale as they have been fantastic from start to finish. Leanne was amazing never felt out the loop as she constantly phoned and kept us up to date with the sale of our house and also in supporting us in trying to purchase our next home. She is very polite, professional and made us feel very reassured which is very important when moving house. I called Whitegates last week to enquire about a property and spoke to a lovely, enthusiastic girl called Leeanne. She told me someone else would be viewing the property that morning, but if I could be there within 45 minutes, she would arrange for us to also see it. We are so grateful that she was able to do this. We instantly fell in love with the property and have since had our offer accepted. Leeane has been great during the whole process. Unfortunately, it was her day off on the day our offer was accepted, so she missed out on sharing the good news with us. She is continuing to guide us through the whole buying process, now liasing with our solicitor. We would definitely recommend Whitegates and can't wait to move into our new home!
