The North Liverpool office of Whitegates is situated within the popular residential area of Walton Vale with its unusual blend of old and new properties sitting comfortably side by side. The Walton Vale Office have been selling properties for 15 years. What we love about Walton Vale is its overwhelming sense of community spirit. There are a variety of shops and leisure facilities on hand with two major supermarkets. We have a wealth of low profile evening entertainment to choose from with wine bars scattered throughout the surrounding area. The area is well served for schools and public transport. Car users have access to Queens Drive and both the M57 and M58 motorways. With all the facilities Walton Vale has to offer it is definitely worth making us your No. 1 estate agents when you are looking for your new home!

They go the extra mile to get you the sale and are very proactive overall. Joanne was absolutely fantastic throughout our recent purchase. I needed an agent who I felt would have my best interest at heart and they did not fail. I live abroad but needed to sell my home in Liverpool but I could not be there all of the time and had to leave it all in Joanne and her teams hands. From start to finish they did not disappoint. GoogleWould firstly like to thank James and Joanne for helping me sell my mothers property. We invited four estate agents out to our house for probate reasons, James was very understanding and helped the family with the valuation letter for free when most estate agents were charging for this service. We knew we were using Whitegates as soon as we met James. Everything he promised he followed through with after 2 weeks being onto the market the property sold and its just completed last week. Thankyou again and I would strongly recommend anyone looking to sell to invite James out to their home before anybody else!

FacebookHave a problem with a house they are letting next door to mine. Radio left on playing extremely loud music. Had no sleep for 2 nights and they were unwilling to contact the owner or help in any way. Michael was very abrupt and unhelpful and told me to sort if myself. Customer service is non existent. They need re training on how to deal with the public in a sensitive manner. Would not recommend their services

Just to explain how we work, our team uses a central CRM system that logs and monitors all incoming enquiries, including emails from portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, and others. Each morning, the team prioritises responding to these messages before moving on to viewings, valuations, and other daily activity. Our phone lines can get extremely busy during peak times, but if we miss your call, our voicemail system forwards messages directly to the branch so the team can return them as soon as possible. We’re a busy, proactive sales office, and while we do our best to respond quickly, we also welcome customers to pop into any of our branches. We're open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays to support weekend needs. We’re genuinely sorry you felt let down, and we’d love the chance to investigate this further.
