Called up. I was polite, wasn’t rude at all. The senior sales woman was incredibly evasive and came across rude and also hung up the phone. I queried why she was being evasive and politely asked if she could stop and just listen to me as she wasn’t hearing my queries; she proceeded to say “I’m going to end the call, speak to my director tomorrow bye”. As a reputable estate agents, I don’t find that very fair. I also hope calls are recorded as that will prove why I have decided to leave a bad review. Never had someone as rude as that speak to me.

The start of the transition for buying my house was great but towards the end was awful. I turned up to the estate agents to collect the keys to my new house. I found the staff unprofessional, they did not have a welcoming manner and the staff did not even ask me who i or my partner was, ask for ID or to confirm the full address of the property i was collecting the keys of they basically just handed them over i could of been anybody. When i got the the property every single window was wide open and there was a whole heap of junk left in the attick and the fridge freezer was full of old mouldy food. White gates have had the keys for this propery for weeks and attended and left it like that.

My colleague was dead set on buying his first home with his Mrs. They arrived early to view the pictured property and were waiting for 30 minutes for Leanne the estate agent. Leanne called to say she running 15 minutes late and then the office called to say she would be 2 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. The office number rang out from 5pm as no one answered the office phone number. The office was ment to be open until 5.30pm. To make matters worse it was especially cold that day! (Freezing and below). It shouldn't be this hard to buy a house! You would think the agent would want to make commission! Poor service and communication. Disappointing!

Hi this was an efficient and positive customer experience from valuation to offer being accepted. House was put up for sale promptly same day as pictures were taken on a Thursday, then numerous viewings planned in at convenient times and all close together so no waiting around on the Friday and Saturday. By Tuesday I had accepted the best of 3 offers and was kept up to date fully at all times by Leeanne who I spoke to most over those few days. That was offer accepted in just 5 days! Just waiting on the legal side to complete then will be on the move, cannot recommend highly enough if you are thinking of selling your property. From our very first meeting with Joanne we were reassured of the knowledge and experience they bring to the selling process. Due to the nature of our house sale, there was a lot of interest and Leeanne proved time and time again to be efficient, accommodating and professional.
