GoogleBe cautious when dealing with Seymours. Our offer was accepted at the asking price. However, after acceptance, we received several calls encouraging us to increase our offer because they believed the property could achieve a higher price. We felt uncomfortable being pressured to raise our offer after an agreement had already been reached. As a result, we decided to withdraw from the purchase. Others may have had different experiences, but I would advise prospective buyers to proceed with caution and ensure they are comfortable with any requests to increase their offer after it has been accepted. Had our original offer been honoured, we would have been happy to proceed with the purchase. To the best of my knowledge, the property has not sold since.

What we appreciated most was their honesty and proactive approach. When our initial offer was competing against one without a pet, they kept us informed early and encouraged us to put forward an offer on another property we liked as a backup, which we really appreciated.
