GoogleA wealth of experience and knowledge, Peter and Yvonne exceed all our exceptations. From the very beginning everything was explained and all questions were answered in depth making the process of selling our house as smooth and effortless as possible for us. Having bought this house from Peter 20 years ago we decided to put it back on the market with him and without a doubt knew he was the best person for it to go on the market with. His experience and knowledge is second to none and him and Yvonne went above and beyond and managed to sell our house within 3 months! During our search they were always at the end of the phone to offer advice and any information they could and this was very reassuring knowing that our questions could be answered by true professionals. GoogleThe purchase of our house with Peter has been seemless from start to finish & took just 3 months though could have been quicker but was our choice for later dates. He has been extremely helpful and gone beyond expectations with even being available on his mobile on a Sunday night to change access times. Peter has consistently come back with answers to all questions and we would highly recommend Peters company for buying a property. GoogleIn January 2018 we asked Peter to find us a buyer for our house in Chalfont St Peter before the end of 2018. We discussed and agreed a sales strategy based on his advice and placed the house on the market in March. By May, after some negotiation, we had a sale agreed with the buyer and completed smoothly in July. Those are the cold facts. However, they do not adequately convey how utterly professional Peter and his team were throughout the whole process, which is always challenging no matter what your circumstances are. He was available, supportive, and always responsive, speaking clearly and plainly with good advice throughout. Looking back now two months later, we can say without hesitation how pleased we are with the sale and that we recommend him to anybody. As a famous tv character would say (pending the purchase of our next house in 2019) the money is “just resting in our account” and it’s a good feeling.

GooglePeter and Yvonne were outstanding! We dealt with 6 agents over the course of the sale of our house and they were head a shoulders above the rest! They secured the sale within a few weeks. Communication was exceptional throughout. The level of support was fantastic!
