GoogleI can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Honest and hardworking. Peter gave me a truthful assessment of my house v the market, recommended a buy price and a week later it sold. Yvonne took up the ongoing management of it all and just went above and beyond to keep my buyers happy without letting them take the p… If you are selling or buying in the Chalfonts or wider area, you gotta speak with Peter and Yvonne. GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Seymours Estate Agents, and in particular with Jamie Henderson and Clare Bryan. Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time. Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible. Overall, we really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during the purchase. Thank you both for helping us get over the line!

GoogleEven though the sale of my property isn't complete yet, I felt it important to write this review. Peter and Yvonne Scott are simply outstanding. From the minute I met Peter he gave me total confidence and very sound advice on the local market and the sale of my property. I had all of the usual suspects around to value and potentially market my property but none of them came close to Peter and Yvonne. Most of the agents I invited to view my property were parasites and I could almost see the £ signs in their eyes as it's very much a sellers market at the moment. Peter was the exact opposite and his advice was all about me, not his profit. From that point the experience just got better and better. They gave me sound advice, total confidence and, within 3 weeks of my property hitting the market, a sale for an extremely attractive price. I can't thank them enough and, in my opinion, you be mad not to use them. ***** If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars, I would! *****

GoogleYvonne was the estate agent working on the property we were buying and from the start she was so professional and helpful, she seemed to know so much more than your average estate agent and had loads of accurate information about the property. During the process of purchasing the property it felt to us like Yvonne went above and beyond in terms of being helpful and chasing various parties involved to keep things moving along. We always felt completely up to date with the timeline and really trusted her. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleOur experience with Peter and Yvonne was simply brilliant. Not only was the marketing and showing of our home faultless but throughout the entire process of negotiation, keeping everyone happy which was no simple feat due to some unforeseen circumstances and the adaptability and professionalism Peter exuded when the going got tuff undoubtedly kept things on track……he offered a complete contrast to the other parties involved in our sale. To be put simply, Peter’s patience, experience calm/positive approach coupled with complete ownership of the sale simply cannot be matched by others. I would recommend to family and friends without a moments hesitation.
