Marcel Roccia, Director conducted the valuation on my property in January 2018 & was very thorough, professional & very pleasant to deal with. I decided not to place my property on the market at present. I have recently contacted Marcel with a query I had subsequently & he responded immediately & thoroughly - what a refreshing change from a lot of agencies. My partner and I recently purchased our first home together in Walton with the help from the Rochills team. Craig looked after us throughout the process and made it all very simple! He has a great ability to take first time buyers step by step; we always felt in control of what we needed to do but never overwhelmed. He was always attentive and quick to respond when we needed him. Joe and Roberto were fantastic with viewings, often coming out after work hours to fit our schedule and accommodated multiple visits to properties so we could involve our families ! Sincere thanks to the incredible team for helping us buy our new home, we can't wait to move in ! I would thoroughly recommend them !

They were very professional and had excellent and regular communications primarily via a WhatsApp group chat with gentle reminders to ensure everything kept on track. They also did not hesitate to let us have a 2nd viewing of the property to show our immediate family where we have been interested. Their Estate agent is located in Walton on Thames town. With with a 30 minute free parking on the side roads. Special shout-out to Craig and the rest of the team for their support throughout. I would highly recommend and come back to them.
