I would highly recommend Rochills. The team are professional, efficient and dealt with all the roller coasters of stress that house selling and buying involves with resilience and empathy. This was a complicated search for us, selling two houses and moving into one. We entrusted Rochills with it all, also our onward purchase. Every step of the way, we felt we were in safe hands, even when the going got tough, which it did frequently. This was the most stressful house move of our lives and I wouldn't hesitate to use Rochills again as their personal touch really went the extra mile. In the very beginning of our property search, as first time buyers, we weren't sure what to do and what the process is. We've been online but lacked the knowledge or understanding that only someone competent would have. Walking into Rochills was the best thing we could have done. Craig greeted us and took us through the end to end property buying process, answered all our questions (even when those were financial, mortgage, decision-related - i.e. not property-related) and gave us sound advice on what we should do as first time buyers. He also recommended a mortgage broker which actually has been instrumental in our search for a property. That was 6 months ago. Since then, we've seen many properties with many different agencies and have settled on a property. As we have been having issues with our own estate agent, such as evasive behaviour, misleading information, general unhelfulness, I phoned back and spoke to Callum to ask for some more advice, which he gave, again, with no strings attached. I thought such service is extinct nowadays. I wish Rochills were the estate agents we've gone with! I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks for the help - we will bear you in mind when we are selling our property!

Rochills have been a great letting agents so far for me and I would recommend them. The paperwork was all done seamlessly, and I liked the use of the online interface to assist the process. In particular, I'd like to note that Jonathan is so helpful and goes above and beyond to sort issues out as fast as possible. All the issues that I noted on first moving into the property were fixed within 2/3 weeks of the move. In addition, Jonathan actually came round to the property himself to investigate the issues and see if he could fix anything himself and thus make the fixing process faster for me. I really like the property and the continual support that the letting agents have given through the first month of living here. The only negatives I have to note are the fact that the professional clean was not done before I moved in, instead it was done the day after I moved in, around all my things and my family who were staying over to help with the move. This was a slight inconvenience and left me a little worried on the first day. Additionally, I would like a little more clarity on the 'reporting of issues' process. I feel as though I was 'told off' almost for not using it properly by the property management department so would like to be shown how I should report issues going forward to avoid any further confusion.

When choosing a smaller company to deal with, you hope for a more personal touch. Unfortunately that didn't transpire for me, finding myself having to be the pro-active one; requesting views on Rightmove reports, feedback trends, next steps etc. My experience may have been unique and ultimately, once Marcel (the owner) is involved, things will move and he will get you a good price. For this reason, my experience means I personally wouldn't recommend.

Rochills who are based in Walton on thames are without doubt the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. Furthermore their processes are an example to the industry and sets the standards which others in the industry need to learn from. The staff are knowledgable and friendly . Furthermore I have met with several of buyers who purchased my properties and they had the same experience as myself. He has a great ability to take first time buyers step by step; we always felt in control of what we needed to do but never overwhelmed. He was always attentive and quick to respond when we needed him. Joe and Roberto were fantastic with viewings, often coming out after work hours to fit our schedule and accommodated multiple visits to properties so we could involve our families !
