The only reason I give the 2stars is that Jemina was very good when she showed us the property that we ve rent. Unfortunately this estate cares only about money and landlords. They don't care at all when you are a tenant. They don't look after tenants at all. Every time we needed their help for repairs inside the house we should chase them for months...VERY dissatisfied and disappointing as they should care more for the people who paying the rents..... Especially for tenants that they give very good care to the house that they rent....

Likely the best and most conscientious service I've ever received from a business, let alone from an estate agent. What is usually one of the most stressful processes in life (apart from divorce, though fortunately I haven't had to go through this but if I ever do I would be tempted to hire Rochills as my solicitors!) was made to be easy - and genuinely enjoyable - by Marcel, Craig and the rest of the Rochills team. I spoke to numerous estate agents who I felt were trying to gain my business with generic pitches and overinflated what they could do/achieve with my property. Rochills took a completely different approach. It was honest, personable and tailored exactly to the current market and area. The negotiations with the buyers were dealt with expertly and competently, and all of this meant we received an offer of almost 10% over our asking price! They even provided specialist advice on all the details on the process from offer to completion. I really couldn't recommend Rochills enough; they are in a completely different class to every other estate agent I've ever worked with or spoken to and the team were a delight to work with. Rochills were by far the best choice we made during our house selling and buying journey. Not only was the team very quick to secure the sale for us, the service post the offer being accepted was outstanding. Having had lots of problems with our solicitors and losing our initial purchase, Rochills, in particular Craig, were amazing at keeping both ourselves as well as our buyer side assured snd informed on the progress, helping with advice and even chasing our solicitors taking some pressure off from us. We recently bought a property through Rochills, dealing with Callum. It wasn't an entirely straightforward purchase and it dragged on far longer than intended but Rochills were great. I thought their communication in particular was outstanding - using a Whatsapp group meant we could quickly and efficiently share information. Callum is easily one of the best estate agents I have ever dealt with - knowledgeable, calm and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolute charlatans. Changed our check-out report when they discovered we cleaned the property ourselves, it magically went from "appears professionally cleaned" to "requires cleaning at the tenants expense". They also tried charging us for things clearly shown on the check-in report, they obviously haven't discovered cross-referencing yet. Sarah managed to copy in a random person into our confidential email chain when we were trying to resolve the matter as she saw a similar name to my partner's and thought; "good enough". Do not trust this fraudulent agency with your money, hopefully TDS will knock some sense into them.

I would highly recommend Rochills. The team are professional, efficient and dealt with all the roller coasters of stress that house selling and buying involves with resilience and empathy. This was a complicated search for us, selling two houses and moving into one. We entrusted Rochills with it all, also our onward purchase. In the very beginning of our property search, as first time buyers, we weren't sure what to do and what the process is. We've been online but lacked the knowledge or understanding that only someone competent would have. Walking into Rochills was the best thing we could have done. Craig greeted us and took us through the end to end property buying process, answered all our questions (even when those were financial, mortgage, decision-related - i.e. not property-related) and gave us sound advice on what we should do as first time buyers. He also recommended a mortgage broker which actually has been instrumental in our search for a property. That was 6 months ago. Since then, we've seen many properties with many different agencies and have settled on a property. As we have been having issues with our own estate agent, such as evasive behaviour, misleading information, general unhelfulness, I phoned back and spoke to Callum to ask for some more advice, which he gave, again, with no strings attached. I thought such service is extinct nowadays. I wish Rochills were the estate agents we've gone with! I couldn't recommend them enough.
