Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! GoogleEwe move were the estate agents for our vendors, not for our house sale. However, we found Paul Bottomley to be far better than the state agent we were paying for. He was very informative and ready to give us advice and help. The bottom line is that Paul was fantastic and I would highly recomend him.

GoogleLead Hero contacted me and wanted to present their system. I thought I'd give it a listen, especially since the man who scheduled the appointments was really nice on the phone. Today, Mr. Kießling called me and was anything but friendly. The conversation started with an argument, at which point I asked Mr. Kießling if he wanted to argue with me or present the system as previously promised. Mr. Kießling then ended the call. My experience with Lead Hero has therefore been very negative!

GoogleDespite some initial problems with our rented property, the agency was responsive and proactive throughout the tenancy to resolve any maintenance issues etc. Very easy to communicate with. Full deposit fairly returned and in good time.

GoogleWe originally purchased our house with Fine and Country 6 years ago and have now just sold it with them, due to move on Friday. They are consistently professional and friendly, they helped us no end with our recent sale with chasing solicitors etc. Julie esp. was so helpful and every time we called up we were met with Richards happy voice. If you want mature professional estate agents this is where you need to be.

Simon managed all negotiations with potential buyers which led to a rapid sale to completion in 9 weeks, which was important to us. He took all of the stress out of the process for us and we were able to focus on other elements of the move without any problems or delays.
