Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! GoogleThe experience with Ewe Move from start to finish was fantastic! Paul is a great guy and is superb at his job! He is professional and friendly and most importantly he is very responsive and reliable. I have used several estate agents in the past and Paul at Ewe Move is just a cut above the rest. FacebookI initially gave them one star as my husband and myself had not very pleasant experience with a couple of agents in their Kingston office (still left my initial comment at the end). However, they tried to make it right after we made an official complain to the director and our landlord. So I thought they deserve to get reviewed again after all the hard works they've made to resolve our problems. Michael, their Group Managing Director, is very genuine and trustworthy. He visited our place to investigate the issues all by himself and logged everything in details then he put all in action straight away. We were appointed with 2 new agents to look after our issues and they were very helpful and fairly fast in responses. It still took a couple of months to get most of things sorted but that was just because of the bookings with technicians. They were great with follow-ups and fast responses through out the whole process and we are very happy with our place now. I want to say special thanks to Michael for being very kind, genuine and supportive. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Initial review:Utterly disappointed with their service. They don't even deserve one star. The worst agent we've ever dealt with. Recently rented a flat through this agent in Kingston area but had to chase them up for over 2 months for a few issues as soon as we moved in but no one seems to care once they got the money. And there is no such contact/email details for official complain whatsoever on their website or anywhere. How sneaky. Hundreds of calls and emails. Lies after lies then no response. This is totally mis-selling. Maintenance promises on their contract is purely just a lie. Don't trust this agent. Avoid if you don't want to get tons of stress and ruin your new life plan.

Property investors will see plenty of historical information for houses, flats, commercial property and land sold at auction. This helps protect you from making expensive mistakes and guides you on fair auction prices. Help to use EIG’s auction database is readily available and there is no pressure to buy a subscription until you’re entirely happy with the service. Once you’ve signed up for the free trial, you will not be disappointed. I was hooked. I targeted 3 new areas to investigate, Bedford, Ipswich and Norwich. The areas I chose gave me great insights into multiple repeat sales of ‘problem’ properties. I would not attempt to buy any property at auction without this database so once signed up, invest the time to talk to Mary who willingly gives you answers explains EIG’s search methods. You will become more decisive buying at auction and hopefully reduce your risk. Highly recommended auction sales information from Essential Information Group UK.

GoogleThe team at Curchods in Walton-on-Thames have worked so hard to get our house sale over the line. It took over a year of patience and hard graft. The house was also on with another agent, and I am happy that Curchods got the sale in the end as they worked much harder to get it done. I am particularly happy as Sean and Tony worked above and beyond to keep everyone in the loop, and even went so far as to be a go-between with a neighbour that required an unexpected problem to be negotiated with. A long and challenging sale, handled with patience and genuine care. A quality team. Well done, and thank you!

GoogleJon helped me sell my property when due to extreme circumstances I needed to sell quickly. Jon understood the need to sell asap and photos were up and the property on the market within two days of me contacting Jon. He was able to find a buyer extremely quickly and throughout the process he has remained in contact, assisted with finding me a solicitor and has remained on top of the whole sale. Quick to reply to any messages sent to him whether during office hours or not. I think anyone would find it hard to beat Jon for his professionalism and dedication.

GoogleI chose M G Estate Agents as they were local and I thought they would have a really good understanding of the local house selling market in my area. My assessment was spot on,. The assistant manage was was very supportive whilst giving me realistic and valuable advice on the local market and the best way to put the house up for sell. Photography and marketing was excellent. When we went live I was kept upto date with viewings and feedback having 5 viewings the first weekend and 4 the second with offers following on. I would say that the whole M G Estate Agents team worked really well together to make my house sale happen. They had a Mortgage Progressor who kept me up to date with progress being made along the way. When things were slowing up even the managing director pulled out the stops to get the sale clinched. Highly recommended.
