GoogleMoved into a property to rent this time last year and it has never had properly functioning heating and hot water. Since February we have managed to get the hot water working but have had no heating at all in the property and the landlord has been uncontactable since 28th August after months of delays to fix the issue. I got in contact with Your Move but as it is not managed by them we have gotten little help. If the property has not got functioning heating or hot water they shouldn't have been allowed to put it on the market

As you have mentioned. your landlord manages the property not us, meaning we were only instructed on a tenant find basis. We have no control in regards to maintenance for your property meaning we strongly believe the review you have left for Your Move is very unfair. GoogleI’m retracting a previous positive review to say that both the estate agents wand Nicholas are avoidant and none responsive professionals who bate tenets and ignore them when problems occur. The maintenance team that is supposed to fix issues and damages in the property are slow, despondent and Chuck the excuse waiting on the landlord as a way to avoid doing work. Seriously avoid using them to find property. They suck at their job

I’d like to make it clear, as tenants we were not briefed on a “process” and once told about it. We followed it exactly with complaints going to both maintenance and front office teams. I think 2 months + (ongoing at time of review) to even begin working on disrepair that was a serious risk to health and made the property unsafe should tell really make it clear Exaclty what the issues with this estate agents is

You were advised on many occasions to contact the maintenance department not myself for anything maintenance related. This is the first negative review we have received in almost 5 years which we are extremely upset to receive based on you not following the process. Hardev Singh was really helpful, friendly, professional and replied to all our questions and concerns. Because we moved on the 1st of June they even returned the agent fee as per the new legislation that took place on that exact date. I have to been in the property business for over 15 years and have used a few property Agents in walthamstow previously, I have chosen your move because they have the right hand picked staff in place to represent their company, they are honest, and their method of operation is much better and professional than their neighbouring agents.
Your move are quick at solving complicated situations. Peter in sales and Nic in lettings plus the assistance from their staff all pulled together, they were fantastic in the short time frame of selling my property, they always advised their clients of realistic selling prices, and communicated frequently during the process, thats what made the process quick and smooth.
