My first experience looking for an apartment to rent and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me along the way. The Walthamstow branch Your Move are a great agency and I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped through the doors. I'd like to personally thank Hardev Singh for his help. Not only did he pick up and answer the thousands of questions I had, he also made me feel like I wasn't along in the process. He pushed his hardest and worked to the best of his ability with a cheeky joke here and there to get things done quickly. Hardev thank you so much for all your help. Your Move, fantastic service and team, which I'd definitely recommend. UPDATE So, the above review was written in 2019 after my first encounters with the YourMove team. Now 2021, I find myself needing to give further praise for the exceptional work. Nick & Hardev have been absolutely amazing; you really can’t find better letting agents than these two! I’ve just moved into my second apartment handled by YourMove and the whole process was A*. From the viewing to the paper work, everything was handled to perfection, not to mention the whole process completed within two weeks! I absolutely appreciate the above and beyond care I’ve received and want to give a huge THANK YOU again to the both you. Nick and Hardev thanks mates ;)

I was new to area as I just brought property and was going to stick the house on rent. I went out to 3/4 estate agents which have been recommended to me. I had the usually sales pitch from the estate agent but Your Move were different. Nick & Team had taking their time to explain all the details on renting and how renting works in walthamstow. How I needed to get property license and helped me to fill in the application. They helped me all the way and then found me good tenets. Overall great experience and I would recommend your Move to anyone out there looking to rent property or get a property rented out.

I have used Jamie, Nicholas and Peter at YourMove for both sales and lettings and they are extremely helpful and professional in both fields. Most importantly they have achieved the results we wanted. Always willing to help out in whatever we are doing and to go that extra mile. We are a professional landlord and so our needs vary considerably and at times we require good sound advice which is not distorted by hype; we have always received this. During the journey with various properties other agents tried to get us on board but I have always been happy that we we have stayed with them. I can not recommend them enough and when we purchase further properties in the area I will be straight on the phone to them.

We had great service from Yourmove, firstly when letting our flat and secondly when selling it through them. Manish Somani was amazing in managing our flat, getting new tenants very promptly whenever required and responding very quickly to any queries from ourselves or our tenants. Once we decided to sell, Graham and Paul were excellent in finding us a buyer quickly, making sure everything went smoothly and chasing things up whenever necessary to make sure the sale went through promptly. I've previously had a poor experience of dealing with estate agents as a buyer, but Your Move (Walthamstow) have been absolutely great. Andy, the agent who showed us around the property answered all of our questions with an authoritative friendly manner. He knew the specifics of the property and the area incredibly well. His colleague Paul Leonard, who managed the process from the seller's side was very responsive and a great communicator. He answered all my questions quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. Paul's colleague Graham was also a great help in fielding my enquiries. All in all, my experience with Your Move has been an extremely positive one. They know their patch well, they're honest and upfront with you, and try to move things along as quickly as possible.
