- Had a few e-mails back and forth about minor disrepair but got dealt with - no letting agent/ Landlord will be perfect. - Bullied by other tenants at the address but Nicholas was a friendly ear. - I hope you change the coin operated washing machines - I rather pay an extra on the rent than find a £1 coin in a rush - we are professionals not students -Would use Your Move Walthamstow again ... Hopefully my own place next time!!

In all honesty, this is the best experience I've had with a letting agency! I dealt with Anil Makhija & Nicholas Papi at the Walthamstow Branch and they have been really friendly and supportive and very professional throughout, since day one! We could not recommend Graham Bell and the rest of the Walthamstow Your Move team enough. Graham and the team offer transparent, friendly and professional advice. They pulled out all the stops to get us on the market within 24 of us first contacting them, and got a large number of potential buyers through the door in record time (circa 15 viewings after 1 day of being on the market). They advised us transparently and secured us a really good offer resulting in us just exchanging on the entire chain within 5 weeks of going on the market, despite various issues with banks, surveyors etc. Graham and his colleagues proactively and regularly chased all parties in the chain to make sure momentum was retained. They took initiative at every stage. We couldn't be happier and are so grateful that what is usually a stressful and uncertain process was expertly managed.

Graham at Your Move was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to understand our position, knew the market inside out and helped us to quickly find a great chain-free buyer. Your move estate agency in Walthamstow is the best. The people working there are amazing . They are so professional, kind and helpful. A special note for Vyet and Dhurata who are the best!!! They are very quick at dealing with any issues that I have with the flat I rent from them. This morning I lost my set of keys. Vyet gave me a new set of keys straight away. I couldn’t believe it!!! I was so impressed!!! They are all really so helpful. In the years I have been living in the UK, I never came across such a wonderful place and an amazing landlady . I can honestly say these are the best Letting Agents I've ever dealt with out of the 10 or so flats I've rented. There was a small mix up with furniture in the property when we first moved in but they sorted it straight away with no extra charge. We then staying in the flat for 3 years and I found them to be perfectly fair, very responsive and generally lovely people to deal with. If only more letting agents were this way!

We spoke to many other agents prior meeting Nicholas and he was by far the most knowledgable and professional out of the agents that visited.
