We used Your Move Walthamstow to move into our first flat together as a couple and the whole process was seamless throughout. Gizem showed us round the flat on our initial viewing and Claire was exceptional throughout the whole process of getting us moved in. Communication was excellent and any questions we had (there were a few!) were always answered promptly and in a helpful manner. What can be a very stressful and daunting process was made so much easier. After speaking to many estate agents in Walthamstow, Your Move was easily the best of all of them. Would recommend to anyone looking to try and rent in the area!

After my last estate agent messed things up, my property ended up in terrible shape and wasn't fit for renting. That's when YourMove stepped in to help. Nick from YourMove Walthamstow has been super supportive. He took charge of all the necessary repairs, making sure everything was done right and on time. He kept me updated and gave me lots of useful advice. I definitely recommend them to any prospective landlord, especially judging by the attention to detail and the way Nick ensured all the repairs were done to a high standard. I can only assume they will take great care of their tenants. I'm happy to say that the property is now rented out to great tenants and is being managed by YourMove Walthamstow.

The email every landlord dreads........long term tenant giving notice to quit. I had used a well known estate agent in the past and knew who I needed to speak to. However she no longer worked there! After a few minutes research I found Claire again. In her new position with Yourmove in Walthamstow. And she remembered me! Replying to my initial contact email she organised a visit to the property, took some great photos and we discussed how it should be marketed. First day there were eight enquiries. Two offers of the asking rent, one of which we accepted. We had a few repairs and refurbishment to do (carried out by a Yourmove recommended tradesperson,Thanks Dave. Great job!) Then ten days after it came empty the new tenants moved in. Fantastic service from Yourmove,Walthamstow and a special Thankyou to the ever professional Claire Ballantyne. Good job!

Peter from Your Move Walthamstow represented the Sellers on myself and my wife’s recent purchase of a house. Peter was at all times very responsive, professional, pragmatic and a pleasure to work with. Delays unfortunately arose (through no fault of his) and Peter went to great lengths to find solutions that worked for us, even though we were not technically his clients. He kept us fully informed of progress throughout the process, didn’t try to hide or sugar coat anything (which we very much appreciated), and got to a place that we were very happy with. Nicholas was our main point of contact through the move and was super helpful, responded quickly to emails and even faster to WhatsApp messages/calls. He put our offer through really quickly, and then got an answer from the landlord almost immediately! We got our referencing sorted through a very efficient online portal (organised by YourMove), and had no trouble organising a key collection. Very friendly and helpful :) We received all the documents we required, the only thing to note is that the inventory contained a lot of mistakes and omissions - I have ~3 A4 pages of amendments - which is no problem, just worth checking your inventory document thoroughly, you have 7 days to complete it, don't let the several daily reminder emails rush you! All documents can be signed online via Docusign - NO printing required (very helpful for me as I do not have a printer/scanner). All in all, very good experience with these agents, I highly recommend their services :)

We used Your Move when looking to buy and didn’t end up buying through them, but I wanted to leave a review to report how fantastic our experience was with them. Peter was one of the most professional and excellent agents we worked with throughout our entire search, and found some truly excellent properties that were just what we were looking for. The fact that we didn’t end up getting them was due to other factors rather than Your Move. Really great agents (Peter was ours so can’t necessarily speak for everyone but certainly he was excellent), and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Walthamstow area.

I anticipated that the sale would be complicated due to some issues affecting the property, but after speaking to several agents I chose to work with Peter from Your Move due to his realistic approach to marketing and selling the property, and his focus on the actual issues I was concerned about. During the whole process, Peter was reliable, consistent and honest when it came to discussing any issues that arose, and he handled the negotiations professionally and with excellent communication skills.
