Really great experience. We are two working professionals Who were in desperate need to find a property, within the first phone call, I knew that this would be the place where I would be renting from. The overall vibe and atmosphere from all of the workers is brilliant, and the selection of houses is top-notch, and they are constantly updating their locations, which makes a potential move very quick and easy. The initial property in which I enquired about was gone by the time that I had called, but they had backups already in place and within 24 hours we had viewed and put an offer on a different property. With the way that things are at the moment, it’s nice to have a place where you can trust the word, and that down to earth. Will definitely use again if I will be living in the same area when I potentially move

I've been with Your Move for like 3 years. I really appreciate how they handle the situations and how customer and family focused they are. The agent with wich i deal my new contract a couple of weeks ago , Nick, was very lovely. I had some problems with my accountant/documents, and instead of rejecting my application, Nick just try to help me and keep asking me for alternatives. Having in mind that now is a shortage on the market and there are a lot of people looking for properties, Nick didn't reject me, he tryed instead to work with me. We were in a unique situation where we were looking to let our flat on a short term basis and we had no understanding of what was involved. Where do I start with Nick, I have never come across an Estate agent so kind and helpful ! He’s been there to support me through every single step of the journey and came up with amazing solutions every-time. Not completely sure if he’s a superhero or estate agent but I’m 10000% sure that this is the agency and agent to go with if you’re planning on moving.
