GoogleTwo emails and two phone calls and still noone has bothered to get back to me in relation to my enquiry. That's just plain rude in my opinion. Edited to add in light of the response below: on the various occasions that I called and emailed, you were very much open, and I was told Graham was in and would get back to me. So please don't tell me you were closed because you weren't. I certainly don't wish to do business with you now so please don't bother to call me again.
We at Your Move are extremely disappointed reading your negative review. Your review was written at the peak of Covid-19 when the office was closed due to the outbreak of the pandemic. We have tried to contact you again regarding your property search however you have not returned our calls. GoogleMy first impression at the viewing with Nicholas Papi was that he is friendly and present. He is quick to answer any questions when I texted and had a great energy. I had issues with my application but he was patient and kind. He turns going through boring mundane paper work into funny pleasant exchanges. Great asset to the company indeed.

GoogleI have dealt with Your-Move Walthamstow for a number of years. I bought two houses through them and I have used them for many years to handle much of my rental business, both for tenant finding, arranging maintenance and dealing with compliance issues. I have found them excellent and would recommend them to anyone. They are super-efficient, impeccably honest and always prepared to go the extra mile for their clients, displaying thorough knowledge of the market and a willingness to provide creative solutions to clients’ problems. I have been dealing with Nick Papi for a decade at least and wouldn't think of giving my business to anyone else.

GoogleThe smoothest move ive ever experienced! I originally called up Your Move after seeing a property I was interested in and I was connected to "Nick Papi", who was dead honest with me from the get go!. He advised me not to waste my time viewing the property I called up about because it wouldnt meet my requirements and suggested a property he had just uploaded to the system, at the same price and location. He made an instant slot for me and I visited the property within 2 hours. From the moment I walked in, I knew the property was perfect for me. It had everything I needed, exactly where I wanted and priced as stated. No fuss, no gimmicks. Nick then took it to another level by offering invaluable service and helping me throughout the process. I had his personal mobile and was contacting him out of hours, where he was always ready to respond, helpfully. He arranged everything EXACTLY as promised and to the highest standard, solid and by the book. I want to personally thank Nick for all his support and assisstance and to Your Move (Walthamstow) for hiring incredible people.
