Manager Bryn Nettle was my contact at Kings Group. Hard working, professional with excellent customer care. What more could you wish for from an estate agent? Have already recommended their services to others.

Awful people zero experience

Awful people. New Canadians undercutting the real professionals. They have no experience they just moved here and started up a construction company with money from back home. They will give u a low price cause they don't need to pay minimum wage. They are international students acting like construction works while robbing our foodbanks and collecting government handouts. For the sake of Canada dont use these disgusting clowns. They will ruin your property.

I don't normally right reviews but I feel I do on this occasion. I've been on the hunt for the right property in London for a few months now. It started off well and I had found a few properties but non of the estate agents I had been working with could close a deal for me, unfortunately. Not only that, most of them, although professional, weren't as responsive as I would have liked. That's of course until I met Raz, one of the Senior Negotiators at King's Walthamstow. Viewings are funny. I've personally viewed about 50 properties with different companies. And from my experience, on a particular viewing you could get two types of estate agents: those who don't want to be there and those who do. I have to say that Raz definitely belongs in the latter group. He was informative, friendly and professional through the viewings. I was hesitant about the property I had called in about initially but I am glad that I did because I met Raz, who I credit to finding my dream property within a few days. He also introduced me to their broker, who was also excellent. Thanks guys! If you wan't to find the right property, give King's a go. It seems they have a wide range of clients and I'm sure they'll be able to find you your dream property too.

I am currently in the process of buying a property marketed by Kings Group. Both Rohman and Kieran, who have been helping me with my search, have been extremely professional. They are polite and friendly and good communicators, always ready to answer my endless questions. So far I'm very impressed with Kings Group.

Awful attitude, avoid this business!

A terrible experience from the start. Agents have an awful attitude towards clients on either end of the sale - it's as if selling a property is an afterthought and they're not interested in efficiency. Lots of false deadlines, no information or contact to follow up. Would not waste your time with this firm, consider looking elsewhere.

Called in to speak to someone regarding a flat, I came across a gentlemen by the name of Razzaq Patel who happens to be the Senior Negotiator at the branch, he was very helpful and asked many questions relating to my finances and the purpose of why I am buying, which made me think that he is very efficient and on top of things so now I am thinking of taking my friend to see him so he can sell his flat. Great skills to be able to get information from clients and put them across to help your sellers get the best clients who will buy their properties. Great work Razzaq keep it up.

Daniel, Deniz and Suwit are extremely professional and helpful. Daniel went above and beyond to get our sale over the line which we are extremely grateful for and can’t thank him enough. Thank you all once again.

Good experience with Kings

We had a really good experience with Kings Group at the Edmonton Branch. Everyone was friendly and efficient and did a lot to make a stressful situation more bearable. We were selling my elderly parents’ house to move them to more suitable accommodation, so this came with particular challenges. We dealt mainly with Olly at the Edmonton office and he was always pragmatic and helpful, as well as professional. I would definitely recommend Kings Group.

Absolute nonchalant attitude towards landlords. They take their commission immediately at the start of a tenancy then don't care at all when rent is not paid. They can't even serve Section 21 Notice correctly on the tenant. One of the staff members even gave incorrect advice regarding landlords insurance. Nearly cost me loads of money if I had not done my own research! What's more, they had spare keys cut, charged me for them and when tenant couldn't get in King's turned up and said that the keys they had were 'faulty' and tried to get me to pay for a locksmith. Avoid at all costs.

Before I got help from Walthamstow’s Kings, I was recommended to them by a very dear family friend who told me to get in touch with the group and most specially Alpay. Hence, once I got in touch with him, he was very helpful. Everyone who has gone through buying a house would know how stressful and uneasy it is. This is why I recommend you guys Walthamstow’s Kings.

I visited King’s recently and met with an agent called Musa. He was very professional, polite and helped us find and view properties that suited us. As a first time buyer, I was a little nervous about the process of looking at properties, but Musa was really fantastic and guided us through the process in a very efficient way. I’d recommend it.
