As a first time buyer, we honestly were pretty clueless about what we really wanted and needed. However, we found that George was a very professional agent and went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, made himself available and didn’t make us feel like any request or question was too big or too small. Will be sticking with George for sure and definitely telling our first time buyer friends about him. Thanks again

My Mortgage broker was Saneesha who helped me with the purchasing of a property. As a firt time buyer, i thought this process would be daunting, but Saneesha has made this process very easy and smooth, she has been very communicative and transparent which has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend her due to her professionalism and passion for her job.

Bryn Nettle at Kings Group in Walthamstow provided a phenomenal service from start to completion. We were very apprehensive initially about finding the right house, however Bryn helped us with viewing a range of properties to ensure we secured our perfect home. Bryn arranged appointments that fitted around our work schedule and found suitable properties within our budget. Once we were ready to finalise Bryn also recommended inhouse solicitors / brokers. He was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend him, Bryn helped make things stress free and ensured it was a smooth process throughout. 5 stars!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It has been a great experience working with Lauren and Volkan for the past few months. They has been professional and particularyl proactive in taking forward the sale of my flat, which is now due to complete with the least amount of hassle involved. It makes a big difference considering the entire sale process is a rather complex one and I'm grateful for your professional support and your friendly assistance in this. Thank you both, I wish you many happy sales!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had a fantastic experience buying a flat through Kings Group, specifically with Deborah. She was responsive to questions, and available to help at all points throughout the buying process. She’s also great at getting into contact with unresponsive solicitors! Would definitely recommend.

Very professional from the beginning, the property I was selling was on the market with 2 other local agents and although I had viewings, nothing came from them. Then I tried KINGS, and within 10 days they had found a buyer and taken care of everything , the agent volkan tasoglu has really put in a great time and effort and has kept me informed of the process. Highly recommended 👌PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have recently just rented a property through the KG branch of Walthamstow . I was dealt with by Zaman and Lee. The guys were fantastic and very patient with me, going to help with an easy transitional move during what has been a very stressful time for me. They kept me updated on progress, having a few hiccups along the way, none of which was their fault but did offer me lots of reassurance and coffee. Thank you so much I'm now happily settled into my new home and looking forward to a new life.

Kings oak properties are the worst…

Kings oak properties are the worst builders in the UK. They are very unprofessional I would pay people to stay away from these people they are nothing but criminals! They will feed you false information.
