We sold our house through the Kings Group Walthamstow office two weeks ago. The process had its challenges and took longer than expected, but the team were supportive throughout. A special thanks to Michael, whose excellent negotiation skills and genuine commitment made a real difference. Highly appreciated. We live miles away and remote sale worked well for us. The process was a success with good communication. Will definitely recommend them.

This is a review for Michael V. I can honestly say I was very impressed with Michael. So much so I called his Manager to say as much. Michael is very curteous, professional and has a great way with people. He kept me up to date during a stressful transaction , and always returned calls promptly , and always did what he promised to do; a rare thing these days. Next stop Branch Manager ??! 10/10

We had a pleasant experience dealing with Kings for the sale of our home and the purchase of a new property. Nlandu and Dan were particularly helpful through the whole process, especially when potential buyers dropped out in the first instance. Nlandu is easily the best sales executive we have come across.

I've been in touch with Rohman over the last couple of months looking for a property to buy and he's been absolutely brilliant. He has spent time getting to know and understand what I'm looking for and has been incredibly helpful when looking at a couple of properties about the pricing in the area, what to expect from certain types of properties, really proactive in sending me ones that he thinks would be good for me. Genuinely, I've found this to be quite rare in London that estate agents take the time to inform their clients and listen to them and Rohman was the total opposite, really knew his stuff and has helped me a lot. Would recommend him to anyone, particularly those buying their first property who are new to this whole thing! Thanks Rohman.

I recently rented out my property through Kings Group, and I must commend their letting manager, Gabriel Amankwah, for his exceptional assistance and support throughout the entire process. From our initial engagement to securing tenants for the property, Gabriel maintained consistent communication via email and WhatsApp. I interviewed a few agents before choosing Gabriel and Kings Group. What made me pick King's group was Gabriel's friendly and honest approach. Ultimately my trust in him and King Group paid off as he didn't disappoint me; he was professional and dedicated throughout the process, delivering on his promises. I highly recommend Kings Group and Gabriel to any landlords seeking to let their property in the area, as well as to tenants looking to rent with Kings Group. I recently had the pleasure of renting a flat through Kings Group. From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the lease, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The team at Kings Group demonstrated unparalleled expertise. One aspect that truly set Kings Group apart was their excellent communication throughout the entire leasing process. Took some house tours on a Friday afternoon just before closing hours and Saturday morning. Rohman, who showed me the properties on friday, was a brilliant guide. Super knowledgable on housing utilities and a great guy to chat with. Ali took me on some viewings on saturday. He was very well organised and didn't hesitate to set me up with all the resources I needed to make an informed decision. Ali was also an excellent conversationalist and a delight to view properties with!

We moved into our flat in Feb, and Gabriel and the team have been the best estate agents we've both worked with thus far in London. No query is ever too small, and Gabriel is super kind and efficent, ensuring that our stressful move went smoothly, and any queries we've had since then have been rectified within the hour (such a rarity). The team pulled together all of our admin with only minimal input from us, which ensured our days weren't distrupted, and the property was ready for when we needed it. I would highly reccommend using King's Group (specifically this team) for anyone looking to move within East London. Thank you!

I would highly recommend the kings office in Walthamstow. The team were great. I dealt with a nice guy called Bryn. He was very supportive through, what I find, is a stressful situation of buying a property. He was very helpful and answered my all my questions (I had many). What I liked most about Bryn and the team there was their honesty and they always made me feel they had actually listened to me and my requests, which I’ve found does not happen in some other agents I’ve used in the past.
