GoogleWe were initially with another Estate Agent and wasted almost 2 months with not even 1 viewing. When we switched over to King's Group we started getting lots of viewings and an early offer as well! Ahmet managed to get us above asking price and so far the sale is progressing well. Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.

GoogleSays they’ll call back multiple times but they don’t. Finding a place to rent in London is already difficult, it shouldn’t be made harder because agents won’t call you back when that’s their job to do so. What’s the point of advertising if you don’t follow through with it. Silly.

GoogleI have recently viewed a property at kings group with Ibrahim and he was so reassuring and pleasent answered all my questions and totally put me at ease as I had bad experiences in the past with estate agents and landlords. All the staff have been helpful and professional lee jumped in to help and I'm totally confident I will be happy in my new home. Not only did they take care of us the tenants but also the landlord. Sometjings went wrong but i thinj everyone was stressed Defiantly recommend them but don't rush to move in and communicate ask all the questions you can and get answers .

GoogleWe went on a viewing of a flat to rent. We fell in love with the flat, continued our way to the office to pay the holding deposit and start paperwork. This happened on Saturday morning. We cancelled other 3 viewings for that day as we found what we wanted. The agent in the office was unsure about manor details and couldn't give us proper answers on some of our questions about the agency fees and other expences, which was actually a sign of concern, but we wanted that flat so much, and shut our eyes on it, thinking, we will get the answers soon. We payed the holding deposit and was told, the flat is ours and will get all the next steps via email on Monday. On Monday evening I got an email from them saying the flat is not ours as the landlord chose other tenants who gave higher offer. There was no opportunity for any offers in our knowledge. Two agents we talked to, neither mentioned any offer chances. When I called the next day and talked to the manager, all she said was sorry, and they will refund our money in 1 week, and the agent was confused. The frustraiton we went through after this and because of this, no one can refund that with money. As we had left 1 week to find another flat before we had to move out from the one we lived in. We rented from other agencies for years and we know if you pay the holding deposit, the agency takes it off the market. What Kings did was illegal, and their luck is that we were too busy with many other things happening in our lives and didn't spend time to report them. Beware tenants, they might be good with landlords, but with tenants not at all.

It’s a real shame that you haven’t been able to move into the property you really liked and for your experience with Kings. We have a wonderfully diverse team of individuals in the Lettings department and although some of them might be new to the role, they pride themselves on putting clients first and dealing with requests to the best of their knowledge. I a m sorry if we did not manage to answer your questions on the first attempt. Having spoken to the Lettings office manager, the team does indeed require some training and it is not an example of the other members of staff in Kings Group. Myself and Lettings manager are already dealing with this, so please do accept our apologies for the experience. In regards to the higher offer it’s unfortunate but something that could happened within our industry. More and more landlords are choosing to use multiple estate agents for advertisement of their properties. Higher offer came from a different agent we knew nothing about till we spoke to the landlord while putting forward your offer. Unfortunately for both of us Landlord has decided to accept and go ahead with alternative proposal. I believe we have acted in a timely manner to inform you of unforeseen changes and fully refunded your holding deposit. I can assure you of our best intentions while representing your interest on your behalf. Sincerely ….

GoogleI had my house up with kings walthamstow branch for over 1 and 1/2 years result 0 I am out of pocket by £1500. Their staff is incompetent and unreliable. After the chain dropped most of the viewings were done by my wife alone, someone called from the office saying sorry car stuck in the car park, stuck in traffic jam, staff called in sick etc so can you please do the viewings. Also, after the chain dropped after the viewings, we would personally have to call back for the feedback for the viewing not even once we were given the feedback for the viewing by the office on their own no offers were ever put to us. Most of the staff did not even know that we were actually buying from you, all in all I would recommend all the customers to stay away from KINGS Walthamstow.

The office has also been unsuccessful with getting another buyer to pay the price you ultimately want to achieve even though we have had over 25 more viewings. GoogleIt’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Kings. We bought the property 13 years ago with Kings and also we sold the property with Kings. It’s been amazing service that we received. We couldn’t have sold the property without Debra‘s help. She’s been an absolute amazing star. I know there are other staff also available but she’s the only person I found very helpful, put herself into Customer shoe and really dedicated giving her 100% above and beyond. And I really hope someone on the high-level appreciate her hard work and the level of service she’s providing to the customers. All I can say is she’s a really key acid to Kings. Kings is very lucky to have someone like Debrha and their team.
