A good company to go to when buying your first home. Really great customer service. Thank you to Rohman for all his help with finding a good place to live in Walthamstow. Even though we didn't end up selecting a property in E17, he went that extra mile to put us in touch with another colleague at a different branch.

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

Just prior to Christmas, contact was established with Kings Group following an interesting property that came to market for our organisation. From a very early stage Vulkan recognised merit of Silver Birch Care (Holdings) Ltd to be a long-term client. On December 29, Volkan made time available to arrange viewing which resulted in offer made/accepted. Excellent! Look forward to consummating further transactions in due course and can highly recommend Kings Group for sellers/buyers. Thank you for the opportunity to write this review, KL

Here's my objective review on Kings Group Walthamstow (the sales team only). I must say the sales team is excellent. Lauren was dealing with me most of the time. They are communicative which is key. They were also proactive ie communicating with all parties eg buyer and the solicitors. I should have used Kings Group Walthamstow from the very beginning. I tried to sell my flat with the first agent and despite few viewings on some random days I had no offers. The thing I like about Kings Group Walthamstow was they do block viewings and it's more convenient for me especially during Covid pandemic. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and I will use again if there is a chance again. My advice to any future sellers: it's best to use local agent to sell your flat. Of course, it depends on the demand on the area too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We purchased our first home via Kings Group with the help of the lovely Lauren Scripps - we came from a process that had initially fallen through with another agency so from the get go, it was a bit of a bumpy ride with getting to the finish line (nothing to do with Kings!) but we got there in the end with the support and patience from Lauren! There was a lot to learn initially but Lauren was super helpful with explaining anything we were not sure about and extremely responsive. She helped a ton with liaising with the sellers and reassuring them we were the right buyers! It was lovely working with you Lauren!! ⭐️

I had a wonderful experience with the Kings group. Their agent Gabriel and his team were instrumental in handling the entire process and did so very transparently and swiftly. They were always available for any queries, were respectful of the tenant's needs and helped in finalising a good deal with the landlord. Couldn't ask for anything better. Cheers!

I had previously been using another agent in the area and they made the selling process very stressful. I came across Kings Group on Google and the buying and selling process has been very smooth. From the valuation up until completion, the agency were very transparent. Special mention to Tremaine who worked extremely hard to secure an offer on my property by conducting numerous open days and he managed to get the price I wanted.

We recently purchased a house with Kings Group in Walthamstow. The service they provided was outstanding, especially from the branch manager, Bryn Nettle. Bryn helped us every step of the way. From multiple viewings, numerous phone calls and completing the purchase he was there to help. In fact, Bryn went above and beyond to help which was fantastic as we were first time buyers. The process was smooth which made the experience of buying our first property even more exciting. Thank you so much to Bryn and the Kings Group team- we couldn’t have done it without you!

Kings Group Walthamstow were fantastic when it came to selling our property. We tried to sell our property with two other agents in the area and even though we had viewings we had no offers or feedback at all. Kings Group did one open day and managed to get us multiple offers and we sold our property straight away. Lauren was fantastic when it came to getting our sale through to exchange and completion and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend to Kings Group to family and friends and anyone looking to sell in the Waltham Forest area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
