GoogleAlthough we couldn’t find a property, Hasena was amazing. She called me multiples times throughout a few weeks to check up on the progress and always proved to be very attentive and friendly. She also provided very useful information which did help a lot. If in the future I am planning to move houses again, I will definitely reach out. Thank you for all your help Hasena! ⭐️

GoogleSo far we have been extremely impressed by foxton. They have been very efficient and communication has been outstanding. The team has made the sale of our property smooth so far. Michelle in particular has been an amazing agent with prompt updates and has our full confidence. Sar has been showing potential buyers our property and has a great demeanour and presented key points which was very reassuring. We certainly feel like we have made the right decision by enlisting foxton to sell our property. The website and portal is extremely useful and provides you with everything you need as both a seller and buyer. It is constantly updated and we don't feel the need to chase members of the team. Extremely organised. Certainly recommend.

Googley experience with fantastic was overall good. Great website and easy to use. What made our experience so great, was our real estate agent Erik Obot. Erik is an extremely professional and pacient worker. We contacted Erik about a flat we had seen and he came up with a home that is literally what we wanted. Best client/professional relationship

Also adviced and gave (promptly) contact details of a broker and coveyan professionals. Always on time, smartly dress and with good disposition to answer all my questions. Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

GoogleOverall working with Foxtons to sell my property was a positive experience. Commission is higher than some of the other local estate agents but the intensity of marketing brought in a lot of viewers including those from outside of the listed area and at a consistent rate throughout the week working late on weekday evenings as well which was great. Oshae knew my property very well by the end! The sales manager Saima was also a pleasure to work with and highly professional in getting this over the line. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel there could have been some more pressure applied to my buyer in the middle stage of the sale as the buyer started taking too long on certain parts of the cycle which delayed the sale but once the sales management were on the case again we were able to get the processing moving smoothly and communication was great

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

He is thoughtful and always made good use of our time, ensuring to show us several properties each time on a Saturday (as a couple who both work full time it can be hard to make mid-week appointments). They respond quickly and patiently to our queries. Lastly, they were very helpful all throughout tue whole experience.

GoogleWe bought our first apartment in Walthamstow. Paulius, from the Foxton team, was fantastic. He was always on top of things, keeping us informed and working to get things done in a professional, efficient and fair way.
